Pop Top™ Levelers
Our time-saving Pop Top™ Leveler option has been designed to facilitate cleaning the work rolls. In many service center environments, levelers will be running scaly hot rolls and then changed over to run a few sheets of stainless or aluminum. With the touch of the control screen, a Pop Top™ equipped leveler will raise up approximately 8 inches. We utilize higher-angle drive shafts so that the machine can rotate the work rolls in this open position. Roll inspection, maintenance, and cleaning are fast and easy with this optional feature, available on all of Bradbury's proven leveler models.
