EMPLOYEE BACKGROUNDS Our employees come from all parts of the globe and from a broad cross-section of ethnic and racial backgrounds. Many of them are drawn from the American heartland, where the strong midwestern can-do spirit dominates the work ethic. Others bring an international heritage to our companies. Regardless of origin, they all share a dedication to providing the highest quality work and outstanding service at every stage of what we hope will be a long-term relationship with our customers.
Our engineering staff is often of special interest to our customers. It is a mix of internally developed engineers and engineers who have gained much of their industry experience working for other companies. As a group, they have an average of sixteen years' experience in the rollforming and roll tooling industry.
